海角乱伦

Mr. Brendan Keating is currently a Development Manager with 海角乱伦 Retail Group, where he is primarily focused on ground-up development of retail centers ranging from grocery-anchored developments to large format centers with nationally recognized tenants. Additionally, Mr. Keating is focused on ground-up development in the commercial office space. As such, he is currently developing a build-to-suit 65,000 sf office building for The Jim Moran Foundation targeting LEED Gold certification.

Mr. Keating first joined 海角乱伦 in 2019 as a Project Manager in the Tenant Improvement division, where he was responsible for managing the construction process from LOI to build-out completion. He successfully provided a seamless transition for owners and tenants of all types, including retail and restaurant, office, and mixed-use. The TI experience gave Mr. Keating a deep understanding of not only the development process, but also the unique needs of tenants in today鈥檚 evolving construction landscape.

Prior to joining 海角乱伦, Mr. Keating served with Turner Construction (NYC) as a General Contractor managing onsite operations for notable clients such as the Whitney Museum, Bloomberg LP, Brookfield Properties, NBC Studios, and Cravath, Swaine, & Moore LLP.

Mr. Keating received his Bachelor of Engineering in Marine Engineering from SUNY Maritime College and is a member of NAIOP and ICSC. Most recently, he obtained a Master鈥檚 Degree in Business Administration at the University of Florida.
