Fort Lauderdale-based º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Residential Group and a partner opened a 186-unit apartment building in Raleigh, North Carolina.

The apartment property, called The Carolinian on Glenwood, is located near downtown Raleigh and next to the Carolina Country Club golf course.

º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Residential and Raleigh-based Grubb Ventures developed The Carolinian on Glenwood, and Clancy & Theys Construction Company built it.

The apartments range from studios to one-, two- and three-bedroom units, and they range in size from 600 square feet to 1,700 square feet. The apartments have private balconies and terraces, 9- to 10-foot ceilings and large kitchen islands.

The Carolinian on Glenwood has covered, structured parking with private gated access, a rooftop lounge with views of the golf course, an executive conference room and three resident lounges.

The property also features a run-and-play area for dogs and a pet grooming spa, plus a 2,500-square-foot gym and a sun deck with a salt water pool and entertainment area.
