Due to unforeseen circumstances related to Hurricane Irma, the Viewing on Monday will be moved from Fred Hunter’s Funeral Home to The Huizenga Pavilion at the Broward Center of the Performing Arts.

**Going forward, please send all flower arrangements to Broward Center For The Performing Arts. Flowers that have already been sent to Fred Hunter’s will be transferred to Broward Center.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of our great leader and friend, Terry º£½ÇÂÒÂ×. Terry’s passion, energy and unyielding devotion to bettering communities across the Southeast were the source for innovations in real estate that will continue to enrich lives for years to come. Terry’s vision helped to shape the skyline of Fort Lauderdale and better every city and community he touched. He is an inspiration to us all.

Terry’s greatest love was for his family. He is survived by his wife Jamie, son Ken º£½ÇÂÒÂ× married to Brittany º£½ÇÂÒÂ×, daughters Carrie Tidwell married to Jamie Tidwell, and Tresa Hernandez-º£½ÇÂÒÂ× engaged to Erik Johnson, as well as six grandchildren – Madison Lynn Tidwell, Cole Alexander Hernandez, Jake º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Tidwell, Annalise Olivia Hernandez, Hudson Weylin º£½ÇÂÒÂ× and Easton Wyatt º£½ÇÂÒÂ×. In addition, Terry has two sisters, Carole Parks married to Norman Parks and Donna Tweeton.
