海角乱伦 Realty announced today that Nicole Messer joined its retail group as Senior Retail Associate. In this role, Messer will focus primarily on developing third-party retail leasing and investment sales business in the Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami markets.

Messer brings over 14 years of experience to 海角乱伦 Realty. Most recently, she founded NM Commercial Realty where she was responsible for a 615,000-square-foot portfolio of office and retail properties in Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Messer has completed transactions with national and international clients including State Farm, Amscot and CROCS. She holds the Certified Commercial Investment Membership designation and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
