Enhancing the diverse mix of restaurant options in the Plantation area, º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Retail Group (SRG) has signed a lease with Korean-inspired tabletop BBQ restaurant Prime K BBQ at Shops at One Plantation. Vice President Michael Carpenter handled the leasing for SRG, a division of the full-service real estate development firm, º£½ÇÂÒÂ×. Prime K BBQ is anticipated to open in Fall 2024

Following suit with the cycle of new development activity in the Plantation area, º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Retail Group (SRG) announces the opening of two new restaurants at Shops at One Plantation, adding Legends Tavern & Grille and Otoro Sushi & Asian Kitchen. Vice President Michael Carpenter handled the leasing for SRG, a division of the full-service real estate development firm, º£½ÇÂÒÂ×. Both restaurants are anticipated to open this month.
